"The rooftop was amazing!!!"

"The service at the restaurant the first day was bad, but the last day was good. Sheets and towels were changed daily, but we couldn’t get washcloths, only hand towels. The AC worked well, but they didn’t provide warm blankets. Very nice at front desk!"

"Honestly I was expecting an Ok room , checked in . Got into my room the bathroom and floor and the overall room were filthy dirty. No towels at all . Called 2 times and didnt receive them until 4 hours later . It was not a pleasant stay . Dissappointed"

"Terrible service! They made it impossible for us to check-in. There is no "app" to check in. We receieved no instructions to this day on how to check-in, and we arrived at the property to check-in but couldn't due to the non-existant check-in email or app. This was unbearable. And they refused to cancel due to them failing to provide the access codes and still refused to refund. I was lucky that Expedia issued us a courtesy refund because even Expedia recognized them as "difficult". Expedia should stop platforming them. You've been warned."

"Everything was great with just a couple hiccups. At one point, only 1 of 3 elevators seemed to be working. And even though I had put the DND placard on the door, I got a call in the room asking if I wanted turndown service -- while in the middle of my nap, thus the DND card. "
