"Great place really. Beach House is really cool. The room was very spacious. Walls are thin, it's just like being on a camping but much more space then a tent. You can sit outside your room. Metro close by. Loads of showers in the basement. Would definitely stay here again. Oh and the staff were very friendly "

"We stayed 9 nights at BOB W Oosterpark in May 2025 and had a lovely experience. The hotel is very modern inside, the beds are comfortable, there is a shared kitchen with all necessities for longer stay. The water pressure in the showers is excellent. "Best hotel if you’re going to a concert in the Ziggi Dome, can’t beat the location literally next door. Online and app check in was not worth it or available but check in was efficient. Room walls and blinds a bit run down but shower was great and had a good sleep. Restaurant was slow (busy) but very good. Not sure if area is safe at night towards metro station but I’d stay again at this hotel for an event."
