We booked the OZO for the second time because of it's proximity to the Ziggo Arena. The room was cleaned and tidy and the staff were pleasant and helpful. We only used the bar a couple of times and that was a pleasant place , the Iron Maiden gig was fantastic as well.

Lovely hotel 5mins from bullewijk station, perfect for going in and out of the city... Rooms clean, shower leaked abit though. Safe available, great space for visit! Added bonus iron/board in room! Only had coffee/drinks in bar area, very nice, staff helpful and cheery. Check in/out super easy! Downside noise from construction roundabout however wouldn't put me off staying again

The staff were very friendly and breakfast was nice. But the overall experience was really really disappointing- checked in to a sign saying the restaurant was closed but bar open still. But then they commented that this was in fact not correct and the bar was also closed. No nearby restaurants so ended up with a takeaway. The bathroom in the bedroom- well, the door didn’t shut properly, the soup dispenser said it was soap, and the door almost fell off its hinge every time it was opened. Kept us both awake all night as we couldn’t open the door without an awful noise waking the other one up. Coffee and tea facilities- no milk available, 2 mugs of different sizes. No spoons Good location for the arena though

Lovely property with nice comfortable rooms. Friendly staff at reception and at the bar. The hotel is a short walking distance from the train station which is serviced by trains that take you into central Amsterdam. The hotel is also a short bus ride (2/3 stops) or 1 train stop away from the Arenas which is very convenient if you are visiting for a concert. There aren’t many options for food in the immediate vicinity but there is a restaurant in the hotel and a couple of places near the arenas.
