Day 1 on arrival, room was ice cold even after around 45 minutes. Reception then gave us a small electric heater which helped put the temperature higher. For the rest all good, with clean bathroom.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The place is very clean and well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere is great. I would especially like to thank Mr. Alex for his kindness and friendliness. Perfect for a weekend

Nice hotel with helpful and friendly staff. Good breakfast. Comfortable beds in clean and nice rooms. Located a bit outside Amsterdam but only walking distance to the train which is easy to use.

The room was quiet and the bed was very good. The hotel is very close to shopping and public transit. The condition of the hotel is new / very good. The staff are friendly, excellent and so is the complimentary breakfast. The only thing is that the room itself is small for the price.

The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Modern and with all the usual amenities. The breakfast was good. Plenty options. The water didn't get very hot in the shower though. The lobby from time to time would be a bit dirty as leaves and bits of paper would be on the floor. I guess they could up the anty relative to housekeeping during the day. But it was close to the train and shopping center right across the street. They were restaurants and convenience stores right around so its a good spot. We stayed Sept 10th-12th and it was a comfortable stay. Definitely recommend.

The staff was fabulous! Per my previous request, a shower chair was put into our shower. When checking in, we were offered an accessible room if necessary, and were asked to please let them know if there was anything else we needed. They were always friendly and willing to help.

Very nice family trip with my son and my mom, manager Carol offered us a discount for the extra bed and Ilse has been helpful during the duration of the stay as there had been a glitch in the extra bed booking! Partner and I traveled to Almere for 5 days to go see Dave Matthew’s Band at the AFAS Live arena. The hotel was really comfortable and clean and the staff were amazing and really helpful. We were able to get a restock of coffee and creamer with no hesitation. The Train station is directly opposite the hotel which we were delighted about after travelling with flights the last thing we wanted was to potentially walk or Uber there. The Venue was only a 25min train journey to Duivendrecht which there is a huge amount of restaurant, bars, as well as the Johan Cruijff Arena for the football. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again! 5/5

The hotel is aesthetically pleasing and is conveniently located next to the Train/Bus Station. Lot's of shops around it to fulfill variety of needs. Also, a few good restaurants around. Staff was very courteous, helpful and always with a smile on their face. Breakfast is standard and yummy. The room was modern, clean, cozy and soundproof! One thing to note, the room did not have neither a safe nor a fridge. It was confirmed to us by email that it should. At the end, we did not need either. All in all, the stay was enjoyable and I would not hesitate to book there again.

The hotel is in a nice quiet area, 30mins train ride from the Amsterdam central station. The rooms are clean & huge. However, I requested room services for my room to be cleaned it was never done for 2 days and the lady at host the continental breakfast asked if I could read when I asked her if I can used the toast machine after I told her yes I’m a lawyer that I won’t passed the bar without reading she apologized. The duty manager was amazing. Overall it’s a nice hotel with not too friendly staff.
