"The superior room was excellent: very spacious and well designed. The fact someone had thought to include a dressing table area and it had a mirror, a light, a seat and a plug socket was a welcome change from the norm. Lots of good light, excellent air con, super bathroom and comfy bed. The continental breakfast that is included is a definite cut above average and would easily be worth paying for were it not included. We will definitely stay again."

"Nice room, not massive but sufficient for a single room. Comfortable bed and large television. Powerful and hot shower, if a little cramped. The only downside was there is no air conditioning or fan in the room. I asked a member of staff for an extra pillow as the one in my room was quite flat and she brought a nice plump one to my room with a smile and pleasant attitude. Thank you."

"The hotel was perfect for what we wanted, spotless room and bathroom, comfy bed, quiet, everything worked. Staff were great, check in and out so painless. Really good breakfast. Nothing to moan about."

"This hotel is fantastic, well situated. The only reason it is not 5 stars is because there was no air conditioning. We stayed during July. It was very hot. The staff were kind enough to give us a fan. I recommend this hotel."

"The room is nice, spacious and clean. The location is a bit of a walk into Broadstairs center and beach. The service in the restaurant was poor. During the breakfast service, guests were not allowed to sit at most of the empty tables as they’d already set them for lunch. Next time I would book a hotel closer to the beach"
