I was able to check in prior to the normal check in time and have a nice rest that afternoon. I was so grateful for that kind accommodation. I have some food, allergies and they were able to work within those restrictions, and provide delicious fresh flavorful meals. "First of all there was a problem with the room the first night as it was too cold and we got a heater to warm it up. This obviously wasn't ideal but we very much appreciated that we got our room upgraded to a double executive by the Reception in order to make sure that we had a great stay. The room was great and we also got 2 extra free access to the spa and pool! The personnel of the hotel was very professional and careful to our requests. Overall a great experience. Thank you!"
