So far, we have stayed at Citizen M in NYC (Bowery), Miami (WorldCenter), Boston (North Station), and now Los Angeles (Downtown). Each location has unique features and art, but the consistent and cleverly designed rooms make you feel right at home. We always admire how easy checking in and checking out is. The staff is always friendly and eager to help… including security. For anyone a little nervous...
"We're visiting from Chicago and this is THE primo spot to visit and travel back and forth from. It's not too touristy and if you plan to take the metro, the avenues and intersections are easy to navigate and take. There is local food places, grocery stores and chains within walking distances that make staying here feel accessible and comfy. Its a charming, LA hotel that hit all the marks. "
"The front desk staff were very friendly. For parking, the hotel provides you with an access card. The room was cozy and clean. As for the downsides, the hairdryer cord was really too short, and starting around 7 a.m. there were heavy footsteps from the floor above — the sound insulation could be improved"
