"Absolutely superb in every way. BUT.... The room(s) was/are under a sloped, tiled roof. Weather very warm. But it was unbearably hot. Unable to sleep properly. A real shame, as it was otherwise excellent."

"One of the best service hotels we have stayed at. Room was a nice size, clean but could have done with a bit more dusting. No shower gel in the shower. We could have asked due some but things like this should be checked before letting out the room. However staff were very friendly. The restaurant served quite nice meals. Buffet breakfast is very good too. Love the black pudding. Definitely would stay here again. It's quiet considering it's at a service area. 8/10 from us."

If the hadn't tried to sit me facing a wall in a corner as a single guest, the rooms had aircon and better sound installation between them then this would have be 5 stars. Gripes aside I will most likely stay there again if I am visiting the same customer nearby."

"Another fantastic stay at Escapade Silverstone. The location is unbeatable for race weekends, and the accommodation is always comfortable, clean and well maintained. The service throughout the hotel was excellent, with every member of staff being friendly, welcoming and helpful. Our group had multiple rooms booked, and everyone thoroughly enjoyed their stay. Thank you to the whole team for making our weekend so enjoyable. We look forward to returning again soon."

"A truly delightful hotel in a convenient location with excellent staff and facilities. Impossible to fault overall - 2 tips… dont park under the trees in front of the building. I dont know what the birds eat, but they eat A LOT of it. Then theres steps….pack light, you’ll be hauling your luggage up a LOT of steps :-) - its a 13th century manor house, lifts werent a “thing” !"

"A lovely venue in the countryside where we stayed for a music event. Very nice spacious and clean room with a very comfortable bed. Was just missing hangers in the wardrobe. Would have been nice to have EV charging available."

"The only problem was that on the hottest weekend of the year the room did not have air conditioning. There was a Dyson fan which helped but it broke down on our second night but was replaced very quickly by a member of staff. The breakfast was excellent served by two young girls who couldn’t have been more helpful."

The room was acceptable, though lacking basic comforts (no fan on a very hot day) and minor housekeeping issues (dusty bedside tables). Staff were attentive, but operations felt poorly managed - breakfast was inconsistent, with key items missing and a lack of clarity on what was available.
