"The room was very clean to even yo the commodes rim 💯 However, the housekeeping could have been better. Wasn't sure whether there was maid service after two days without cleaning the room. We had to asked the front desk about clean towels and service."

His wife called him and said they would refund my stay, but have not received any refunds, no emails and no return calls. "

"I was travelling with my son and husband. We had never stayed here before and booked last minute. I’m always sceptical of new hotels. Check in was easy, the staff was very pleasant and our room was incredibly clean. The morning breakfast was hot and delicious and all of the amenities were working. We enjoyed the hot tub and the gym facilities. For convenience sake we ate at the restaurant attached to the parking lot. Across the street there is also a shopping plaza and a few more restaurants. I highly recommend this hotel! "

"This hotel posts quiet hours from 10 PM to 7 AM, but I was woken up at 3:18 AM by noise from the next room. First came loud TV audio, followed by doors slamming, objects dropping, and an alarm going off twice, etc. After an hour of this, I called the front desk. The woman who answered was impatient and told me that this time of night is when many guests head to the airport. I said I understood that, but suggested they could at least politely remind guests to keep the noise down. If your flight isn’t in the middle of the night, I’d recommend being cautious about staying here—you may not get a good night’s sleep due to poor soundproofing and indifferent staff."

"I first arrived and needed to call on my cell phone to another cell phone because the in-house wasn’t operational. Waiting to check-in I learned the elevator isn’t working. I will be fixed maybe tomorrow. We only had rooms on the 3rd floor. Okay, things happen. Thinking I can go to the room and relax and watch tv. Nope there wasn’t a connection. Non working elevator and non- working TV, non working lobby telephone. Never again! Oh, 2 Extended Stays with-in of a mile of eachother and no way of discerning easily which one is which!"
