"This is an adequate hotel for your stay near the Pittsburgh airport. The hotel was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was solid. A definite positive is that the breakfast is open from 4 to 10am, which is the longest I've seen. The breakfast is tended to very well. This review would be 4 or 5 stars, but I booked this hotel mainly for the airport shuttle and when I requested the shuttle after arrival in PGH, I was told that I would be picked up at number 8 pickup spot, no other details. After waiting for about a half hour, I contacted the front desk, and was told they would contact the driver. Waited and watched for a LaQuinta / Wyndham bus or van and saw none. Contacted the front desk again and they told me the van was from Globe Parking, which they did not make clear by any means. Had to pay for a Lyft to the hotel. Not happy about that. Staff should know better!!!"
