"It's good "

"Excellent location to access the O2, clean hotel with pleasant and helpful staff team. Only real complaint was the drainage of the bathroom sink. It was almost completely blocked with extremely slow drainage leaving the sink dirty after every use. There was also no shower gel however staff responded very quickly and replaced the bottle very swiftly. Despite these relatively minor complaints I would still recommend the hotel. "

"First of all the property owners didn’t answer messages and the phone number doesn’t work, neither the one on Hotels.com or their website. Technically Greenwich I suppose but let’s say more the Woolwich end. The outside of the property is run down and access was via a fire escape from a lane down the side of the pub. The whole property was dark and dingy (although arguably clean) and the room we were shown to was dark, stuffy, more than basic and quite frankly horrible. I took 5 minutes before we said “we are not staying here”, we left and booked a room at the Admiral Hardy which was amazing!!! I know it says a budget hotel but there is budget and there is this place. Staff were fine but honestly without a shadow of a doubt the worst “hotel” I have ever booked."

"Central to all the sights, clean, modern rooms. My room was basic and modern in design with comfortable bed and very quiet. Breakfast was good. Good value. "

"The hotel itself was lovely, nice decor clean rooms , they are a little small but it’s just a base at the end of the day. The bed was very comfy and location great. The breakfast was anlso very nice and great value. Only downfall was the air con didn’t work and had an awful nights sleep as we were so hot. The staff were very helpful and changed our room , however we did have the same issue and again aircon was not working. We didn’t mention anything again ax would have had to pick all our stuff up again for one last night. "
