"Bed was really big and comfortable, staff were very good, breakfast was good with a nice variety. The room was far too hot and the air con didnt help which was annoying. Excellent link to the o2 for concerts."

"Staff were helpful. There was some miscommunication regarding parking. Trying to get in and out of the parking garage was a bit of a challenge as well. Having laundry, there was really helpful! You download an app and pay through your phone. No coins required! We did have a challenge with the handheld shower, staying up, so had to tie it ourselves. Also check that your door closes properly. When I have checked mine, it burst open without issue. So the maintenance person came and tightened it up for us. The fridge also had some issues with dripping water and then freezing on top of our egg carton. When I told the staff at checkout, they were very grateful for the feedback. Overall, for the price and location, I feel it was good for us. We were out and about most days, so was handy to have a place to crash at night."

"I wish the room had a window that could open And my room wasn’t fully clean when I went in. There was an unfolded or used towel in the washroom. Generally it was clean but I wish it was better asthetically. Outside the cigarette butts all over the grounds was atrocious. The staff at the beefeater restaurant was rude to me and gave me a dirty tea cup for tea."

"Fantastic stay. Loved the hotel and the pub downstairs. Only thing that let it down was the attentiveness of the staff. It felt like they were put out when doing their job. There were several occasions we had to find someone to serve us despite being in full view of the chatting staff. This is something that can definitely be improved and all in all we had a great stay."
