"Excellent service, convenient location, air conditioned and thoughtfully compact/ comfortable room. We arrived early and staff went above and beyond to get a space ready for us whilst we chilled in the courtyard garden - which I recommend, a little oasis! There are no facilities in the room such as kettle etc but the downstairs area has plenty 24/7 refreshments and quiet safe space - even for an introvert like me!"

"Placed within 5 minutes of Cutty Sark DLR and within view of Greenwich village, it's perfectly positioned. I used this as a crash pad for a hectic weekend and didn't partake in food but if you don't want to eat there, your choices locally are unlimited. "The room was small and felt a bit congested, but it was clean and comfortable. The reception staff were courteous and efficient, with Rony being especially helpful and welcoming. The breakfast was excellent, offering a great start to the day. The hotel also has the advantage of not requiring parking, which was convenient for our stay. Overall, it is a good place to stay, particularly if you are looking for a convenient location with friendly service and an excellent breakfast."

"Check-in was a horrible experience. We checked in late, so we weren’t expecting a welcome parade or anything but a basic level of warmth would have been appreciated. After a completely wild drive in, our 1 year old and 4 year old were super hungry and the food we had was cold.
