"The staff are incredibly helpful and friendly. The breakfasts are amazing with so much to choose from. Dinner in the restaurant is delicious and plentiful we had some lovely food. We only have one slight negative comment and that is the dim lighting in the bedroom, it might be an age thing of course but it didn’t spoil our few days at this very welcome home from home. "

I was initially a bit worried about staying at a hostel with my family (including kids ages 10 and 13), but it did not have the 20-something hosteler vibe that I remember from backpacking in my youth. "The room was large and spotless and the view of Table Mountain was spectacular. The little gifts left after turndown were a beautiful touch, quite fitting to the whole hotel. Last but no least the guest experience staff and concierge staff were amazing and made our visit that bit more special. If we can, we will definately be back."
