"Everything as it should be in the room. However……anyone could have walked into the block where my room was. No security lock/keypad on the front entrance. Only screw holes where there had once been one I’m assuming. Major worry as the lighting outside not great either. This needs to be sorted as a matter of urgency. If there had been a security rating I would have given zero. The corridor carpet also very grubby. Fantastic staff all very friendly and helpful. "
