There are steps to the front door, steps to the elevator and the elevator stops between floors so you would need to walk up or down a flight of stairs to access your room. Lovely breakfast. If I had to pick a little point for improvement, it would be a refurbishment of the shower cubicle. Gaps in the seals and ill fitting door made it impossible not to soak the bathroom floor. Overall, well worth the money."

"This hotel is very well placed on the most famous commercial street in downtown Budapest. Unfortunately, we had a superior room at the ground floor that was not corresponding at all to a hotel of 4 star level (as it is rated on its website). Very disappointing experience."
