"The room was spotless. Staff was fantastic. The parking on site was a luxury we later discovered during our 4 weeks in Italy. This was our first night after our flight from New York. The goal was to dine at Pepe in Grani. The hotel an easy 20 minute drive to Caiazzo. Hotel Plana did a great job and lived up to its past reviews."

"Piscine et équipements très appréciables, et bien entretenus dans un bel environnement.
Un bémol sur la qualité du petit-déjeuner (machines à café), la vétusté de la salle de bain avec odeurs de canalisations et manque de produits de toilette. Dommage pour le prestige de cet établissement Spa !"

"The hotel is in a great location overlooking a green piazza. The cleaning staff do an excellent job and the room was spotless. Rooms are airy and spacious if a little dated. Our experience was marred by one rude member of staff. Rather than trying to help and respond to the most reasonable requests she made us feel as if we were bothering her. Everything was just too much trouble. We visit Caserta regulalry and stay and the Cavilieri. This time was the last. Such a shame for one person to let...

"The bathrooms were a little dated but to be expected from such an older property.
We were pleasantly surprised with the location of the hotel facing the Bay of Naples, great views! Next to some great restaurants. The breakfast that was included was also excellent. Staff was great and helpful.
The only negative, which really wasn't, was the construction being done on the road and promenade on the water BUT it's going to be well worth it when it's finished.
Overall, I would have to give it a 5...

"The location was perfect for those intending to use the train system for tourism, like going to Pompei or Rome. The room was very good, breakfast was excellent and the staff very helpful and kind. Despite facing the train station the acoustic isolation of the room was perfect. The only cons: I wasn’t offered a room upgrade, the 20% discount in beverages and foods was never mentioned and I was not able to reduce the water temperature of the shower.
I would definitely stay there again and can...
