"This small hotel was a perfect location in central London for my mixed business/family trip. A very short walk from the Thames, London Eye, The British Museum, many theaters and other attractions. Many convenient pubs, restaurants, coffee shops, etc. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the room was clean, comfortable, functional and reasonably sized for the price. (I have paid more for much less space in London)."

"As usual, I enjoyed my stay. The hotel was functional, accessible, very accommodating, and clean. The only improvement opportunity I see is in the stiffness of the mattress in the bedroom, which is rather too soft for me, as I prefer slightly more rigid ones. The sofa bed should also be considered for potential replacement or upgrade. In all, splendid stay as usual"

"I arrived at Rockwell East and was given the key to my room the receptionist was very pleasant. "The staff at reception were lovely, my room was very cute as I stayed in a single, it had everything I needed. Everything seemed spotless until I lifted the toilet seat and there was a pubic hair there. There were also only two tiny cartons of UHT milk. Very nice staff
"The receptionist name "Aylin" very very kind and helpful. She is a first impression for the first day of my UK trips. The room is very clean , good bathtub , big ben view in my room so good (Room type : Suite with bigben view). If you need anyhelp or anything i phone called and all of the staff help a lot. I recommend you to stay here. Hope to meet them again!"
