"Happy we stayed in the park, it’s a short walk to trails and the Rim, we saw elk and hummingbirds and other birds. The room itself was spacious and clean. Enjoyed early morning tea on the balcony. We would stay there again without hesitation."

I stayed here for my birthday the last week of April and after we left we never received the security deposit back (over $100) when there were no damages. I called my bank and my bank sees no history of a release so when I call the hotel manager he or she in not available. I leave a message and no response. It’s been 2weeks and I still don’t have my money back that I was promised. So I was forced to file a claim with my bank to get my deposit back. The shower water was cold I couldn’t even take a hot shower the entire weekend. DO NOT STAY HERE THEY SCAM YOU OUT OF YOUR MONEY AND IGNORE YOU."

"We had a room next to an elevator so there was some noise, but overall everything was clean and comfortable."

"The room could use some updates and the towels definitely need to be changed out. They were definitely well worn. The beds were not the most comfortable either. Other than that, the room was clean, it was quiet and convenient. The hotel has a restaurant in it, but not a lot of seating. Its a saloon. So we couldnt eat there because it was full."

"Clean rooms, friendly staff, okayish breakfast and free parking. Pretty much a good hotel I would stay at again and it’s only 12 mins away to Grand Canyon south rim entrance."
