"The room is a suite with a kitchen, nice and clean, and affordable. Staff is very nice. We arrived early due to train cancellation by Renfe. We were able to store one backpack there so we could start touring the city before checking in. High-end feeling for sure. Cleaning is offered upon request, but it is not clear if they would charge for that and what is the extra to pay. So try to keep the room tidy if you want to enjoy the whole stay. "

"The hotel is located at Gran Via avenue, and near to the cathedral, which is convenient to transportation to other tourist locations e.g. Alhambra. The hotel is new but the air condition in our room did not work. We asked the concierge to solve this problem. "The listing was accurate. Very charming and they provided great directions on how to get to the property and parking if you have a vehicle. We did leave a day early due to the fact the WiFi/internet was so lacking we couldn’t do the work/homework that we needed to get done. Yes it would be great to completely disconnect that is not always possible and if you need internet for anything might want to book other accommodation."
