"Good location and clean place to stay"

"Perfect location for Granada! The room was VERY clean and decoration/amenities were perfect. Although we have lifetime friends in Granada, it was a bit off-putting that we could not invite them to our room and offer a wine while we changed or chilled."

"It was a bit challenging checking in because we arrived early. The office is several blocks away and doesn’t open until 10. We were able to drop our bags at the office and wonder the city until checking in. The room was awesome, very clean and modern, quiet and secure. The laundry on site was an added bonus. Great central location. Would definitely stay here again."

"The room is a suite with a kitchen, nice and clean, and affordable. Staff is very nice. We arrived early due to train cancellation by Renfe. We were able to store one backpack there so we could start touring the city before checking in. High-end feeling for sure. Cleaning is offered upon request, but it is not clear if they would charge for that and what is the extra to pay. So try to keep the room tidy if you want to enjoy the whole stay. "

"The hotel is located at Gran Via avenue, and near to the cathedral, which is convenient to transportation to other tourist locations e.g. Alhambra. The hotel is new but the air condition in our room did not work. We asked the concierge to solve this problem. Initially he said that he was not in charge of this, but later he told us that we had to wait 10 min after turn on the air condition to work. However, it did not work at all. Fortunately, the climate was not hot, otherwise we could not stand...

"Great location very close to the cathedral. Comfortable and had all the cooking equipment we could need. Great shower. The air con was a bit fiddly to use but worked well. Some downsides: there was a washing machine but no detergent, it is listed as having a tumble drier but it does not (only an ineffective drying setting on the washing machine), there were only three clothes hangers, and the pillows were very small and flat."

"We spent one night at Casa de Reyes in Granada and had a shared dinner at the hotel that night. We were a little apprehensive dressing in historical style costumes, but what a fun night it turned out to be! We met 2 other couples in the dining room and we shared our travel experiences over a very good meal complete with great wine. Dressing up was the icebreaker which made for a wonderful experience. "Great room and place in general and we loved the location in the specific neighborhood in Granada. The concierge was very helpful and friendly. We had a car so it was very convenient that they recommended a parking garage nearby and validated our tickets for a discount."

"This hotel was absolutely brilliant right in the middle of Granada with incredibly helpful staff both on the reception and in the dining area. Nothing was too much trouble. The car park is quite difficult to find, but they did their best to help me. The pool is only a plunge pool not a swimming pool but the rooftop area is great. They just need a few more beds as once there are eight people up there there’s no space…. Exceptional loved it"
