My key card does not work.Their staff told me that their equipment on door was run out of battery.He needed to call his engineer to manage.I had to wait more than 10 minutes.When he was back.He brought new key card.I could open my room.He brought back both my key card and his new key card,leaving me in the dark room.No electricity.I had to do my activities in that dark room for collecting my belonging,change my clothes...
