"Our room was spacious and clean; however, the shower was very tight. The location was great as there are many good places to eat within walking distance. The neighborhood was quiet and safe to walk around after dark. The staff was friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay at Ngoc Linh. Highly recommended!"
"I could not get back into my room after I had been back from my breakfast. My key card does not work.Their staff told me that their equipment on door was run out of battery.He needed to call his engineer to manage.I had to wait more than 10 minutes.When he was back.He brought new key card.I could open my room.He brought back both my key card and his new key card,leaving me in the dark room.No electricity.I had to do my activities in that dark room for collecting my belonging,change my clothes...

"The hôtel is very comfortable , the breakfast is very good , the room is clean , except for the tiny water bottle which seems to be too small for a customer in a hot country , I think a bigger water bottle is not much more expensive for your hotel , but it gives a better impression of your hotel (4 * hotel) .
