"I had an excellent stay , the rooms were very comfortable.
Too bad the hotel doesn’t send back forgotten items and they could use a bit of a smile when attending to clients …
But overall nice experience

"Para a nossa situação o hotel super atendeu. ficamos bem proximo ao aeroporto de Madri, estacionamento no local porém com cobrança, tem mac donalds e outros restaurantes por perto. "

"It was wonderful. Pedro snd Enrique welcomed us at reception. They were great. Our room was ready. We couldn’t have an upgrade as there were no rooms available. We did have a lovely spacious room though and great shower room.
We also booked a premium room for our daughter and family which was fab and close by. We spent most of the day at the pool. Sunbeds and towels provided and lifeguard all day.
It was really fabulous trip"
"Nice property for a quick overnight stay, the only issue was our bed was a bit firm and moved around and not very stable. Otherwise an excellent choice. "
