Cleaning can be more detail. More linen ( towel) We had a wonderful stay. The location is perfect for all the shops and supermarket. We will definitely come back. Better value especially for a long stay.

NRMA Treasure Island Holiday Resort
The cabin could do with a refurb with blinds broken in bathroom and no kitchen sink plug. Had to go to reception to get one. No decent spatula. Found odd socks In wardrobe

The Langham, Gold Coast and Jewel Residences
Was there for 3 days and 2 nights room was not cleaned or made once, notified staff no action was taken poor service especially staying in the hotel.

Novotel Surfers Paradise
It did the job that I had booked it for. Hudson at reception was good, but the time it took to checkin was quite long for a relatively short queue (3). tried to checkin online via the link they sent me but it didn't work and didn't get sent a new one so thad to do it at the hotel. the rooms are getting ...
