"The check in machine kiosk requires a small learning curve to use efficiently, however the hotel staff were very helpful. The process requires individually scanning each guest’s passport and typing in guest names and address for each room, so for my group of 5 guests (2 rooms), it’s a lot of work compared to typical check-in process where you just gather 5 passports and handing over to check-in staff.

"The clean room, bedding, and new open-air bath were the best bathing time to feel the green and scent of the trees. The amount of food is appropriate and good. All-inclusive snacks are nice if there are more salty things. I'm grateful that I had a very comfortable and wonderful time. The staff were all smiling and very kind."

"You should be prepared for a unique experience. It is necessary to call the desk in order to depart your room "
