"Hotel is In old town Nafplion so it’s easy to walk to restaurants, excellent location. A/C worked great in our room. At one point in the morning cleaning of filters was being done so a/c was turned off for a while. Would make more sense to service a/c’s in off season before crowds come. Every room (reception area, cafe rooms, etc. in hotel had good a/c which can be rare for a Greek hotel. Only hall coming out of elevator felt too warm. Breakfast could be improved with fresh squeezed orange juice, adding a better variety of cheeses, smoked salmon with chopped onions and caper. Croissants hard and never tasted buttery or fresh. As far as room: bed was comfortable enough but larger and softer (king sized) down pillows need to be offered, 2 per double bed and an investment needs to be made in much bigger and plusher bath towels. A hook in the bathtub area would have been helpful to take a shower instead of having to hold a hand held shower spray. Bathtub difficult to get in and out of and a stand up shower would have been appreciated with a glass door. TV is too small for the room. This hotel could be a five star hotel if these changes can be made and people would be willing to pay more per night. My main concern is a room with cold enough a/c and this hotel had that."

"This is the most wonderful hotel! It is on the main square but still private and quiet. My room was lovely. All fixtures, finishes and amenities in the room are top notch. Spotless. I had a beautiful tiny terrace facing the square but still very private & quiet. Recommend booking with terrace facing the square. I had a long drive and arrived at 11pm. The staff waited for me and greeted me with an aperitif and dessert, which was so kind and welcoming. Stay here!"

"An amazing little hotel with very friendly owners/staff. Only six rooms but a decent-sized pool with easily enough sunbeds and umbrellas for all. We used the hotel as a 12-day base for multiple roadtrips to Olympia, Sparta, Mycenae and others, but every other guest only stayed 1 or 2 nights on stopovers. On our non-travel days, we often had the entire pool area to ourselves, but all was quiet if other guests also used it as everyone wanted to sunbathe/sleep in peace. The rooms are very comfortable with a little kitchen/microwave/kettle for cooking meals and TVs with Amazon, Netflix etc. There are multiple supermarkets nearby for shopping. Buy cat kibble and make friends with the strays who seem well-looked after by the always-friendly locals. Nafplio town is very pretty, a 30 min walk from hotel to harbour. LOTS of pretty bars and restaurants, the ones facing the fort in the harbour offer great sunset views. There's a huge free car park if you want to drive. Lots of beaches, our favourite is on other side of the hilltop castle, a 10min drive away. No facilities but lots of space, esp on weekdays. Beaches a bit further away have bars and restaurants.
