"Could not ask for a better stay in Nafplio than at the Epoch House. Everything about this hotel was wonderful. The staff was very friendly, knowledgeable about the area, had great restaurant recommendations, assisted us with dinner reservations and helped arrange transportation to and from local excursions. Breakfast on the terrace was amazing-fresh fruits, pastries, coffees brought to our room every morning! The rooms were bright and clean with lots of outlets for charging devices. Bathrooms...

"I believe this is a family operation.The son is very personable , very friendly and knows everything about the town. The mother handles breakfast and she makes you feel like you broke into her house and demanded breakfast for free. Curt and inflexible sorry to say. The food is great, though.Just keep your head down , eat and go"

"This lovely hotel is in the perfect location, in the heart of town and surrounded by many restaurants, retail shops and everything you could possibly need. The rooms were very large had a comfortable bed and nice bathroom. The staff was lovely and attentive and the breakfast was delicious and you could order your eggs anyway that you liked. We look forward to staying here again."

"Our stay at Aethra was good. The staff were helpful. We really liked that the location was in the old town area and thus very convenient to many things to do. The courtyard is also nice for breakfast. Our room was very spacious. That said, the breakfast itself could perhaps use an upgrade. Also, the shower in our bathroom was quite dangerous: the shower head was positioned so that it sprayed on the floor outside the shower stall, leading to very slippery conditions. "Loved our stay at Regno di Morea. It is a very small boutique hotel with only 8 rooms and tasteful contemporary decor. Breakfast was ample with multiple options and coffee was strong. Dora, the receptionist, was super helpful with super restaurant recommendations. The hotel is very convenient to everything with parking in the public harbor lot about 3-4 minutes walk away. Bed was very comfortable and the room completely quiet highly recommend. "

We didn't have breakfast but it looked nice. If you don't want to walk up & down a lot of steps its not the place for you. Having said that its not far to the square & lively town. If you're carrying heavy bags, there's parking near by but the last ~5-10 mins are only reachable by foot (it's in an entirely walking-only part of town). It felt safe even late at night. The rooms are beautiful and super clean, and staff is very responsive."
