Great location, easy access to Old Town, bakeries, shopping, laundromat, restaurants. There was always someone on duty. Front desk Staff were friendly and attentive. Housekeepers cleaned the room daily. Modest breakfast available for a fee. Parking was available on the street in front of the hotel and they also have a small parking lot across the street.

nice place, helpful staff

Nice place with helpful staff. No on-site parking, despite what the description says. There is on-street parking, which is free. We did not have a problem finding a space. Nice breakfast.

Perfect mountain getaway

We enjoyed our stay at Lake Junaluska! The house was very clean and perfect for our needs with 2 small families. Important to know that only one bedroom is downstairs if traveling with people who have difficulty navigating stairs. There are 3 bathrooms which were perfect to accommodate all of us! Vacasa communicated very well, and even called to make sure we were enjoying our stay. Very nice!

Εξαιρετικό ξενοδοχείο, πολύ ανώτερο της κατηγορίας του. Ιδιαίτερα καλή εντύπωση μας έκανε η προσοχή στην καθαριότητα!
