"Staff friendly, convinient location"

"Newly refurbished building very centrally located. Apartment is very nice, good facilities and very comfortable bed. We had the large apartment with balcony. Would recommend for a stay in Thessaloniki. However, 2 negative things that can be easily fixed by the management company. 1. We were not provided with any check in details and there was no one at the building when we arrived at 3.00pm. We called 2 different numbers several times but no one answered. "The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great and there were a lot of different choices. We were a bit disappointed to see the pool was closed as it was still very hot and sunny outside. Also, the spa was not really available, the reception didn't know much about it and they told us to call the spa, but no one was picking up so we just gave up. "The location is central, and really good. I had a very good view of the shopping precinct, which is very pretty. It is quite noisy outside, but the double glazing cut out all the noise. The flat is clean, comfortable and very nice."
