All the staff were very helpful, and the breakfast was outstanding. The view was poor, but the beds were a good size and very comfortable. The location was convenient, being a reasonable walk to attractions without being in the middle of the busy areas

Thessaloniki one night stay

It was a wonderful experience from the very first moment. The design of the place is simple and fine, and the room was exceptionally clean and tidy. We were able to get early and they held our luggage for us. The bed was comfortable, and the staff was kind and professional.

Great hotel

Very nice, new looking hotel, close to the center of the city, walking distance. There is an underground Parking garage across the street about 300 ft away. Very clean rooms, mini fridge, good water pressure. Breakfast was included and very good and tasty. Staff very friendly and helpful. Friday night, the plaza next to the hotel was very lively with groups chatting and drinking, but no noise issues. Definitely recommend to stay.

A ver nice place to stay as a family. The walk to main attractions is somewhat long (for the kids), but still a comfortable hotel. The evening noise from next door cafes/bars may annoy you after midnight.

The hotel was very clean and quiet. Breakfast was very good. The website indicated that laundry services were available, but that turned out to not be the case. There was a laundromat within walking distance that we were able to use.

Very friendly staff, they gave us suggestions for restaurants and places to visit. They also arranged for a taxi. Rooms were not very big but were well designed and clean. Great location, closed to the port, with access to transportation. Breakfast was excellent but dining area was small; finding an empty table was challenging at peak times. We will definitely stay at this hotel again if we come back to Thessaloniki.

I provided a 5 star rating mostly because they responded to all my requests. It is in a nice area - about 25 min walk to beach walkway and 30 min walk to college areas. Breakfast was not great (lunch meat and cheeses, packaged bread, peanut butter with sugar, generic Nutella, bananas (but very old), juices and cereals. I walked to Kitchen Bar restaurant to order Yogurt bowl everyday. There is a nice unrelated coffee store across street where we got our daily coffee. Bed was extremely hard - but it was clean…. Air conditioning worked well. They had a problem with little knat flying bugs in bathroom - shower filled with water (didn’t drain well), and the soap had to be shared between shower and sink. Towels were replaced daily and garbages emptied. But bedding sheets/pillowcases were not changed during my week stay. I did ask for a comforter (vs thin waffle blankets) and they accommodated. No frills in room - just basics. The cleaning people only there until 3pm. Elevator worked well.
