Luxurious and affordable

Our stay at the Oscar Olympic Hotel was both luxurious and affordable. The staff were so friendly! We extended our stay for two more nights because it was very comfortable, the free breakfast on the rooftop was delicious and we felt like the staff treated us like family.

The stay at the Oscar Olympic Hotel was fantastic. The bed was extremely comfortable. The staff was very attentive and friendly especially the young lady who staffed the desk in the evening and Emilia who staffed the rooftop breakfast and nightly bar. Breakfast was delicious. Would definitely stay here again if back in Thessaloniki.

Nice and cozy hotel very close to the center. Nice atmosphere and helpful stuff. Breakfast nothing special. Location on the one of the main roads so not so peaceful area. On the other hand hotel was very easy to reach and road didn't disturb us. I'd like to stay here again!

Super friendly and helpful staff. Cosy rooms are indeed cosy but have everything you need and more. Little touches such as hand written welcome note and cakes on arrival a great addition. Generous and tasty breakfast. Location is superb for attractions and local places to eat and drink. The street is busy and noisy but we had no issue at all from inside the hotel. Easy to get to from Airport thanks to the bus stopping 1 min away.

Central hotel recently renovated. Clean modern rooms with good amenities. Breakfast was also decent and included in the room price. Only minus was the wait at check in, each room took 5-10 minutes to check in, and there was a line, so I waited around 30mn

The hotel is very well maintained, clean and tidy. The room we had was very spacious, with a good size balcony looking over the Main Street. The room was clean and tidy, with ample towels snd toiletries. The bathroom consisted of a large walk in shower with a power head and a rinsing shower application. The breakfast consisted of both a cooked and continental, arranging from cooked meats, various cheeses and sandwiches, along with different cereals and fruits. The hotel is on the Main Street, which is close to the old part and a 15-20 minute walk to the waterfront. We didn’t use public transport, as walked to most sightseeing places, but there seemed to be a number of buses going to various places running outside the hotel. Overall really enjoyed our stay at the hotel and would use the Oscar Olympic again if we visited Thessaloniki.

This hotel had excellent value for the price. The rooms were very clean and modern with good sized toiletries. It was super quiet as well. The included breakfast was outstanding! So many fresh options such as pastries, egg bites, meats, cheeses, fresh fruits, breads just to name a few. There was a nespresso machine in the room and a fridge which was really convenient. Also, if you walk out the front door and turn left and walk about a 1.5 blocks there is a coffee shop across the street (Mikel Coffee) that makes the best cappuccino latte i have ever had and the owner/operator is wonderful. If you go right out the front door of the hotel and walk about 2 blocks there is a restaurant on the corner (same side of the street) that is outstanding. I had a massive Greek salad and a calamari sandwich and a Pepsi for about $12 euros. It was so fresh and delicious. I cannot recommend this area enough. People are friendly and it’s the perfect location to walk anywhere to and there are lots of Byzantine sites to see anywhere you go.

This was one of the nicest hotels we've stayed in and is priced well below fair market value. Nefeli and the team were very hlepful woth local recommendations. The continental breakfast was fresh and diverse. The daily happy hour wine reception on the rooftop was a nice touch.
