"The staff was extremely helpful making for a comfortable stay."

"this hotel was very accessible to Mayo Clinic and the staff was very nice and helpful even when we had to stay another night after we checked out. Very reasonable and would definitely stay again. Breakfast was OK :)"

"The hotel is in the good location for Mayo Clinic visitors. Hotel staff was very helpful. "

"Reasonable"

"Our stay was very nice"

"Stayed here when my husband was in the hospital after heart surgery. It was very clean and quiet! I was on the 4th floor, the hotel was fully booked but I could have sworn I was the only person on the floor. 10/10 will stay here again."

"I have always had good experiences staying here in the past, but this visit was highly disappointing. I was given the wrong room type, and although the space appeared clean, wiping up a small kitchen spill left my rag completely covered in dirt. To make matters worse, the parking garage was full, forcing visitors to park four and a half blocks away and wait for a shuttle in a very uncomfortable environment with people yelling profanities in the street. I ended up parking on a side street and...

"The staff was very helpful. Our room was very clean. Loved how easy it was to get to the Mayo Clinic."

"This is the place we stay every year my wife and I make our annual trip to Mayo Clinic for her appointments. The rooms are clean and the staff are super helpful and friendly. It’s a little bit out of the way from Mayo Clinic compared to the other hotels but the price is always so reasonable for what you are getting. It’s also right next to Costco and Aldi so if you need anything from those places you can literally walk there."

"Clean and stocked...the rooms were clean and the coffee area was stocked well. The rooms are really small. Not great if you need to spend a lot of time there, but they use the space well. No dressers but they have a wire drawer thing for your clothes. No safe in the rooms, which we are used to. Nice pull out shelf on night stand. Perfect for those that have a CPAP machine. The bathroom was pretty outdated-tub looked tired and lots of limescale on shower head. Zero counter space for doing...

"Good value! Perfect for Mayo Clinic care location. PET and family friendly. Good Asian food restaurant in the building and breakfast. I would stay there again even if having only fun on the agenda for Rochester, MN"

"Great experience here. The king bed was uncomfortable though."

"This was really a nice play to stay during our week going to the Mayo Clinic. The front desk staff were all so sweet and gave us bottles of water every night! The subway level cafes and location were also a big comfort. We loved all the restaurants nearby and the hotel breakfasts too. Really grateful. Thank you!"
