When visiting Mayo I choose Centerstone because of shuttle, staff, and how convenient it is. There is a restaurant and laundry on site. The shuttles run every twenty minutes and do not make stops at other hotels. The hotel also has a Mayo discount.

Loved- shuttle service to Mayo (wheelchair accessible), water feature at Twigs garden, lobby and staff very friendly. Could be better- room decor very dated, bathroom could be refreshed, gym was terrible (v v old), breakfast just ok, although coffee wasn’t great.

Property was clean and smelled fresh. Only complaint is that the a/c was on full blast when I got there and I never could get the heat going. The restaurant (Twigs) and ON CALL shuttle service make this hotel priced right and better than any comparable hotels in the same price range.
