Dry clean, never building, decent breakfast Staff was friendly but not considerate of a handicapped person (myself) as far as offering a hand with getting things to and from my room. Cleaning staff were very considerate and helpful. 5 stars for them for sure. Room was missing some basic items like a building map, local restaurants advertising even a he restaurant right in the building didn’t have a menu in the room. Overall stay was good.

Great staff, breakfast and hot tub. The bed leaves a lot to be desired. Also the TV system is one of the worst I’ve Expirenced in a Hilton. If you are coming here to visit Mayo the shuttle service is free and excellent.

Was there because I was having surgery across the way. So a nice convenient place for my husband to stay and also for me to stay the day I got discharged. Lots of food options nearby, breakfast at the hotel. Only complaint is next door was Mc Donald’s and late at night there were teens/ young ones talking loudly and revving their engines, so woke us up. ( which isn’t in the hotels control).

This is one of the best hotels I've stayed at in a long time. The staff was very friendly. The rooms were very spacious and clean. It was easy to get too and easy parking. The included breakfast was the most comprehensive continental breakfast Ive experienced.

Great property. Great location to MC. Only downfall was the lack of quiet hours. My daughter was trying to rest and recover from a procedure, but traveling baseball teams and other kids continued to make too much noise and banged on doors at all hours of the night.
