"Max welcomed us at the valet and was amazing. Our host who checked us into our room was warm and helpful. Hawthorn served us a delicious meal with great service and the music was really good as well."

"Second time staying here. It will be my go to for when I'm in the city. Clean rooms and very friendly staff. There are some great places to eat and drink just a short walk away. "
"Hotel is very pretty, clean, staff were always helpful. The bath products are fantastic, I bought some as they are available for purchase at the front desk. The elevator to the parking garage is broken so we parked on street level and had no issues. The pool area is lovely. I would stay here again. There is significant construction occurring across the street but that is no fault of the hotel, and they placed us on the opposite side which was appreciated."
"We had an absolutely wonderful family experience at this clean & modern hotel. The complimentary breakfast was superb, served in the rooftop restaurant. Our room comfortably accommodated our family of 5 with a lovely kitchenette. The staff was courteous and helpful in every area of hospitality from the front desk to housekeeping to valet and beyond!"
"This hotel has everything you want in terms of cleanliness, comfort, amenities, service, etc., but for us what sets it apart is location. There is so much within walking distance, we were able to leave the car parked for much of our visit. The Folk Fest, the gorgeous library, Studio Bell, Inglewood, The Confluence, and so on. "
