"Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The room we were given was profoundly dirty – the bathtub was unclean, the carpet was stained, and the bedding was also filthy. The front desk staff seemed surprised that we received such a room, and after being moved to another, it was also used and not cleaned. They explained it by saying they were short-staffed and fully booked, but I had made the reservation online the day before, so this excuse was not acceptable. I do not understand how they can accommodate guests in such filthy, smelly rooms. We stayed just four hours and left, as it was unbearable – we couldn’t even lie down."

"Check in went smoothly. Our room was clean and well-supplied. Breakfast was excellent. There was a nice variety of hot and cold foods and it was replenished throughout the time frame. In fact, breakfast remained open for 15 minutes after the end time. The evening staff was very accommodating. We were brought freshly popped corn one evening by the front desk employee. We are planning to stay there again on our return trip. "
