"The shuttle service was a joke as the bus served 4 different properties and only ran every 45 minutes. Took forever even though the hotel is next door to the airport. Hotel has never been renovated and the carpet in my room smelled like body odor. Check in clerk was smug and unhelpful. I am very disappointed that Expedia had given this hotel good marks. I rely on Expedia for accurate information and this was very disappointing."

"Exactly what we were looking for-close to Union Sq. Felt very comfortable walking there. Hotel offers complimentary coffee nr lobby-the restaurant offered croissants for purchase, so perfect way to start day. Loved sitting in the comfortable couches and chairs in lobby. Would go back."

"I rated this property a 3 out of 5 due to these pros and cons. PRO: Price was affordable, Staff was friendly, Location was perfect, Outside facilities and needs readily available. CONS: No on site breakfast, Breakfast box was represented as breakfast and was only a glorified fruit box NEGATIVE, A/C was broken upon arrival. A fan was provided and the weather permitted us to keep our room but definately a NEGATIVE, Depending on the direction of travel area was less than desirable, Our room was OK but the carpet was dirty, stained, and the walls were covered with poorly layed wallpaper pealing in areas. Our room was in what appeared to be an old outside hotel added to the facility due to sliding doors to walkway. No useful evevator from the 1st to the 2nd building- Had to go up approx. 20 steps, Parking was quoted at an outragious price so we cancelled our rental. Overall: If you are looking for a lower budgeted hotel and area then this hotel is OK. Personnally we will NOT return due to the accomodations."

"I got to the hotel and around 10:00 AM. The staff made me wait for my room until 2:45 PM. Yes, 3:00 PM is their official check-in time, but leaving a 77 year old man waiting for almost five hours was bizarre. There was certainly a room ready for me before 2:45 PM...The shuttle bus service to the airport was also somewhat chaotic."
