They had someone over within 2 hours to check it, and did end up fixing it within about 4 hours, it was frustrating after a long travel day. 2. The mattress was not very good and the bedding looked run down. 3. "Very well located, spacious and well kept. Unfortunately they put us in a room right at the entrance of their second building in our first night. Our bed was right in front of the main door, so anyone could see us and we could hear every one that was coming in + the cleaning team at 6am next morning. Also the air conditioning was not working. Next day they moved us to a far better room that I believe should better reflect their standards. Make sure you don’t get that 1st family room!"

"Fantastic location, lovely staff, I believe the late checkouts requested caused a delay in our checkin time unfortunately, but staff were nice and offered tea and beverages during the wait. The room was good, think the cleaning staff may have rushed a bit due to the late checkouts, I think I’d rather have waited a bit longer than finding a hair on my bed!"

"Room even nicer than expected and very comfortable, amenities appreciated, and everything you need. Washer/dryer guide is under the sink. I would recommend this to anyone. There is air conditioning in the bedroom and ample space."

"Beautiful hotel with small but perfectly formed rooms. We were upgraded to a room with a view of the castle which was tiny but lovely. The bar area is fantastic and the Whisky Bar was our downfall (thanks to Dario who is an expert!) Will definitely return"

"We stayed 3 nights in late May. Great location in old town, and nice room. I wish the room has air conditioning, as it is very hot even with the windows cracked open. I can’t imagine how people stay in there in summer."
