Be aware that the rooms facing the city have no balcony. We upgraded on check-in and had a lovely balcony looking over the pools and sea. Citadines Connect Georgetown Penang
Staff are friendly. Amenities are adequate. Location of the hotel is good with restaurants and shops nearby. However, bed linen and towels seem "yellowish" which leaves a bad impression.
