Maybe it's because I developed a sinus cold from the very cold AC in the common area. Capsule itself wasn't very comfortable either. Was very sore after sleeping on the thin memory foam mattress. Had to use my own small fan to have comfortable sleeping temperature in capsule. Sliding doors of capsules can be noisy and are creaky and made from wood. You can hear every move from people above or below you. Area outside can be noisy from ongoing construction across the main road. Check in was ok once I was able to contact owners on WhatsApp. Keycards are used for capsule, lockers and front door. There are some decent food options nearby on Jalan Burma and 7-11 is 5 minutes walking. There is also a Shell station 2 minutes across the road for quick snacks. A good Chinese vegetarian buffet is a 10 minute walk away on Jalan Cantonment. Unfortunately I had some ignorant and noisy guests who don't follow the hotel rules posted. There is not many options for doing laundry in the area. Hot water in showers was lukewarm at best. I was sick and wanted hot shower but had semi cold showers instead.

The concept of pods stacked on top of another is cool but the noise created by opening and closing of the pod and overall poor soundproofing makes it impractical. Can’t help but comment on the funky smell emanating from the toilet. I was also locked out on one occasion due to a faulty card system. Do not recommend this place, unfortunately.
