La maison et la chambre étaient super agréable. A deux pas de leau avec une plage sympa. Ray est super gentil. Il nous a donné pas mal de conseil et était disponible pour toutes questions. Nous garderons un très bon souvenir de notre passage chez lui! Pourquoi pas revenir un jour. Rien à redire à par Termina Kasih .

The location of the property was strategic and it was right beside the beach. It was a pleasant stay for 2 days here. The room and overall property cleanliness was good, however there is room for improvement in the cleanliness of the washroom. Overall, a satisfying stay at Baan Talay.

The house, room, staff, location, beach, environment. Everything was great about this homestay. It was just like being at home. Check-in and check-out were very fast and easy too. The staff was very kind and helpful, always helped in any question. Overall great value for money and we enjoyed our time there.

1. It's not a best thing of sharing Restroom with a family booking other voyeurs 2. Unsecured access to room 3. Poor wifi connection, not even good for google search 4. Got burn with hot water with a bad quality water heater 5. No information was available at the entrance, waited for 15 mins infront of doorto get first level assistance

걍 그래요

돈 좀 아껴보겠다고 여행 길게 하다가 갔는데 가지 안았으면 좋겠어요. 우선 드랍고.. 드라워요.. 분위기 자체가 므스워요. 주변에는 으므것도 없고.. 온슈도 안 나와서 고생했습니다. 꽁용 욕실이 호스텔스러운 게 아니라 옆 방이랑 이어지는 거여서 계속 맘 쫄이면서 살았구요.. 3박 어떻게 했나 싶네요.. 호스트는 메일에 정말 친절하게 대답해주셔서 기분 좋았습니다! 페낭에서 갈 만한 곳이랑 다 정리해서 메일로 알려주셔요.

Leuke homestay op fijne plek

Leuke plek om te verblijven. Ray de manager is een erg vriendelijke en zeer behulpzame man die je goed op weg kan helpen in de buurt. Het is een rustige buurt, mooi strand maar geen helder blauw water en hier en daar wat vuilnis. Met de bushalte op 5 min lopen ben je zo in 15 a 20 min in georgetown. Of een grab of uber voor 10 a 15RNG. Eet mogelijkheden op loopafstand en een groot winkelcentrum binnen 15 min lopen. Helaas was het bed wel heel erg hard en huis is gehorig.... voor de rest prettig verblijf.

Comfortable, clean and quiet place. Near town

1. Easy to find. Near the beach. 2. Parking is an issue especially in the peak season. We had to park our Car at junction at night. Too many cars along the road at night. 3. We were concerned on the parking system in town in Penang. Suggest Notice board with information on parking, latest events and main attractions in town , city map would be great if made easy access.

Quiet place to stay in Penang

Last minute booking due to unexpected detour to Penang. Basic comfortable one night stay for group of 5 for less than RM200 per night

宿泊施設であることのサインがでてませんでしたので、本当にここがそうなのか若干心配になりました。窓ガラスが壊れていて、カーテンがあるだけでセキュリティーの面においても問題があります

Bekvämt, fint o välkomnande

Vi var väldigt nöjda med vistelsen. Bra pris, stort rum, fin utsikt, bra AC och väldigt rent. Fanns inte jättemycket att göra precis kring stället men hittade ett mysigt fairtradecafé samt bussarna ät enkla att ta längre norrut för o ta sig till escape, ferringhi beach samt nationalparken. Skulle definitivt återvända till detta boende! Passar både för par och för familjesemester, delar toaletten med ett anat rum bara.

Super rart sted

Opholdet ved dette homestay var rigtig godt. Servicen var i top og hjalp med at finde mad og bestille taxi. Der var rigtig renligt, det eneste minus var at vi havde et hul i loftet hvor der drøppede vand fra og det samme gjorde der fra airconen.

Budget homestay near to the beach

Service was good, the owner contacted me earlier to ask my arrival time, the house were clean, nice and comfortable. It is a very quite place, within a minute to Tanjung Bungah beach, except that the wifi coverage was not that excellent upstairs.

This place is a homestay in a big house 30 seconds from a small, secluded beach. Price is good and Ray, the owner, is a great, helpful and friendly guy. Its away from attractions but busses are frequent. Highly recommended.

Geweldig guesthouse Balinesestyle

gemoedelijk guesthouse. Ray de manager is een geweldige man. Als je je ergens op je gemak voelt dan is het bij Baan Talay. Is geen sterrenhotel maar wij hebben er een fantastisch verblijf gehad. Geen ontbijt, lunch of diner maar wel een keuken waar je evt. Zelf kunt koken.

A santuary by the beach

Stay for 3 day 2 night. Nice room and friendly owner (Mr Ray). Hopefully will meet again and stay there again in future. In future hopefully the owner may service the air cond because it quite hot there during night and need to put a TV inside a room for privacy... Thank you
