"We loved Royal Palms! Very well kept, nice pool area, great location 1 block from beach. Our room was on 3rd floor and no elevators leep that in mind. They helped with our luggage there, but leaving was a bit of work carrying fown 2 flights of stairs. Room was nice, looked like had been recently renovated. Nice rainfall overhead shower. Bed was comfortable. Air conditioner was quite loud kicking off and on, amd some noise from another room were the biggest negatives. Also I was locked out of my room early on checkout day when i went to go and gather my things to leave at 10:50am (11am checkout) was a minor annoyance. Overall we were happy with the Royal Palms and would return!"

"We enjoyed our stay here even though it was short. We got in late before our cruise but the room was clean and spacious. Very modern and fun! The only suggestion is to soften the cleaning solution they use.The scent of the Fabulous they used to clean was a little over powering. The staff and communication for after hour checkin couldn't have been easier. Will definately return."
