Th property was clean and the service was awesome.. however parkin can be better arranged for persons staying at the hotel. 45$ a night in addition to stay is crazy. Plus u pay each time u enter the parking area.

This property is in a nice location with lots of restaurant options. The roof top pool is nice yet the cushions on the pool furniture could use replacement. I utilized the gym every day. It is spacious and clean. You can do laundry onsite. Friendly staff!

The staff was very nice and helpful throughout our stay. Unfortunately, someone stole our phone from the valet parking area, which was very disappointing and put a damper on our experience. Overall, the staff was kind and professional, but the situation with our stolen phone was concerning.

Room was just what we wanted. Arrived at 1pm and was able to check in well before we were scheduled to at 4pm!!! Balcony and view was excellent. Rooftop lounge view and pool area was excellent. Valet was excellent. Hotel is less than 15 mins from Ft. Lauderdale beaches!!! Ate at the restaurant Hatch right downstairs and it was really good! Front desk staff was excellent. Monique gave us 10/10 service! We definitely will be back to stay again!

Everything was great. The room was super clean, and we had zero complaints there. My one piece of feedback would be around the pool area. The pillows could use some love, and there was a faint smell of mildew coming from either the pillows or maybe the umbrellas. I’d also suggest being a bit more intentional with the music volume. If there isn’t a party happening, there’s really no reason for it to be blasting. On our first day, it was loud enough that we could hear and feel the music from our room. It wasn’t constant, but the volume seemed to go up and down quite a bit, so it could be a little startling when a track suddenly came on at full volume. Otherwise, zero complaints. We had a great stay!

My room was very clean , they had good drinks and food at the bar . The pool was lovely it’s self and clean . However the pool area wasn’t very tidy. It was used cups and trash underneath the chairs.

The hotel is in a central location and the room was very comfortable; BUT it had a strong scent when we opened the door after checking in and the odor stayed during our stay. This odor was not in the hallway. Water would splash out during showering. We observed that there was an area on the pool that was used as a storage for broken outdoor chairs, dead/dying plants. In the lounge area of the pool, during the day you could see that the fabrics were not clean.

This hotel was extremely clean and comfortable! Felt right at home the minute I walked in. The staff is super friendly and very helpful, the ambience is top tier. The food and drinks were great! You really don’t need to leave the hotel unless you want to. Great location as well. I absolutely loved it, I truly enjoyed my vacation there! I would definitely be staying here again in the near future.
