I was expecting twin queen size bed in the room but end up with only twin single bed for the money I have paid.

The room is spacious, service from housekeeping is great. Generally, our stay was okay.

A revamp resort in fact my kids enjoy more than KL stay. Cannot wait for the Outdoor theme park to open soon to come back. Check in was a long queue as guess peak period. Service standard of the checkin staff was good and very detail. They took in our request for connecting room as with kids. And offer us fruits basket when one of the room was delay due to maintenance. Excellant service recovery.
Very good bellboy who spotted that our room does not have Astro and helped us to do all the follow ups. Thumbs up for him.
As for the room, very big and quite comfortable
Staff are friendly and hardworking. Did a good job in keeping the room clean. They are generous in providing slippers.
Wanna to extend my stay but the staff not able to help me secure a room reason given was since I booked under Expedia, I need to go on line of call Expedia to ask for extension.
Due to that we have decided not to extend our stay.

Room facility is new.
For the high price, it'll be better if the hotel can include free buffet breakfast to the guests. It will certainly welcome more revisiting customers.
Thanks to the management of maxim making my sweetheart so happy on her birthday with the deco. Happy wife, happy life. The only con side is some part of the room quite dusty, for example, the bedside lamp. Every detail count. Will definitely come again in future.
I thought there was a fitness center at the property, but when I asked one person I was told it was at another hotel at the location and another person told me it was at another hotel at the property ( there are multiple hotels at the location). I was told I could use it and I couldn’t use it. I never did find it and gave up on working out during my stay.
Reception staff checking us in was very friendly and helpful. Room had lovely view of the hills. The couch by the window is great for relaxation and reading!
We had not been back to Gentings for 30 years! So this was just a one night visit to see how it is changed. If you are not into Casino or Game stations, there might not be enough to entertain. It was a nice one night break though. Weather is cool and nice.
Contrary to what we read in customer reviews, we found the Hotel stay to be a comfortable and the view was picturesque. Reasonably priced outlets offering delicious local and international cuisine. Great shopping experience.
Overall, it was a great hotel and a novel experience.
This hotel caters to casino gamblers and definitely not for the business travellers. The room I stayed did not even have a desk. The hotel is dated and tired. The bath towels were thin and there was cigarette burn in the carpet. I had to change room due to lingering smoking smell even though the whole floor supposed to be non smoking.
Need I say more?
The room was not throughly cleaned. Limited nespresso coffee capsules per stay. Additional will be charged.

Just a low note this time....
Not an impressive customer service in this hotel. They lack this touch which you can get in a 4-5-star hotel. But on the other hand, everybody goes there just to gamble in the casinos, so it's understandable.
