"A Hotel? No. A Hell on Earth! If you want to pay to be punished, book here. The building is awful, staff rude and untrained, service nonexistent. Check-in gave me a torn, cracked electronic key that looked like it survived a war, a divorce, and a washing machine. Sanjay seemed nice, then showed his true face. Kids played outside our room all night; repeated calls to the front desk did nothing. I couldn't sleep at all. "Guest services" apparently means silence is optional. Amenities? None. Wi-Fi...
