"Unfortunately the water park was closed and I was not informed about it until I checked in. It was one of the main reasons for choosing the resort so I was disappointed by that. Other than that everything was great. The cabin was very clean and the property was very easy to access all the accommodations."

"We took the family for a volleyball tournament. The room was clean and the staff was helpful. The pool was awesome and highly recommended. The pizza from the restaurant was excellent but breakfast was not worth what we paid. Overall, the property was great and we would come back to stay."

"It's located very close to the National Park entrance. The location is away from the central part of Gatlinburg, so it's quieter. Room was clean, and AC worked. But....the room has been renovated. We stayed in the King..Renovated room. There is a long narrow wooden table against the wall with two wooden chairs..which are very uncomfortable. Not for TV watching, and as there's no arm upholstered chair, I brought a chair in from the balcony...much more comfortable. The TV is mounted on the wall above the table. I have stayed in many a motel/hotel in my day and there has always been a large mirror mounted on the wall. Here all you have is the bathroom mirror. Our biggest issue was on their website it said 'breakfast' provided. Later we see a sign stating..'breakfast will not be provided'. Didn't think much of it until we started getting breakfast at a restaurant near-by. We spent about $160.00 for two people for four mornings. "
