"Wow is all I have to say about this property! The room was spacious and in the perfect location for our trip to Gatlinburg. The bathroom was spacious. The bed was comfortable! Cleanliness was a plus as well! Everything we wanted to do was within walking distance! The staff was friendly and very helpful. I left earrings in our room and missed them after we checked out. We came back a couple hours later and the earrings were found and promptly returned to me. There is a parking fee which I am NOT fond of given the expense for the room."

"We really enjoyed our stay! The room was exceptionally clean and quiet. Since the hotel is located right in downtown Gatlinburg, we saved a lot on parking fees and could easily walk to everything. As an added bonus, we even spotted a bear in the parking lot!""

"The room and the property were clean and well maintained but the hotel itself needs some updates. The AC needs an update, had the room set at 68 but never got down past 71. At one point it hit 75. Rooms need minor updates such as wallpaper fixes but that’s not a big deal to me. Mountain views were incredible, definitely worth the upgrade to a mountain view room. Overall I would probably book again"

"Quiet and conveniently located. The entrance has a nice Alpine, rustic feel, and check-in was seamless. The staff was incredibly helpful and welcoming, and the lobby is attractive and well maintained. The rooms, however—or at least ours—felt dated and a bit run-down and could definitely use some updating. We spent most of our time outside the hotel, so that really wasn’t a major issue for us. Overall, it was a comfortable and convenient place to stay, but if having a modern, updated room is a deal-breaker for you, you may want to look elsewhere."

"A Lovely Hotel meeting our needs. Clean room w/ great bed. Quietness which was Wonderful. Served a great breakfast. Staff so helpful meeting our needs. Last year we were blessed to see 2 big bears in the parking lot @ night; missed them this year. We give our recommendations."
