"Front desk staff, breakfast and cleaning staff. Additionally, my mother left her phone charger in the room. The cleaning staff turned it over to the front desk and we were contacted immediately. We were able to go back after traveling a short distance and retrieve her charger. Thank you Pigeon River Inn your integrity as well."

"The check in was awesome!!! The guy that handled it deserves kudos and a raise! He was so friendly and took care of our 3 families with ease, answering questions helping us room assignments and all we asked of him!! The Baymont I would recommend due to location ON the river, great service and clean!!! It is not a new property but well maintained! We utilized the pool and wonderful scenic deck and fire pit!!! We highly recommend it!!!"
