"Room was clean and staff were nice. Rated to have AC but it did not have central/controllable cooling in each room so it had to be 80 at times. I spent much of my stay blinds closed and was still sweating. Otherwise, it was nice enough. Comparable to a decent holiday inn. A somewhat premium holiday inn."

"Veldig fornøyd, kunne gjerne bodd her igjen. Positivt at matvarebutikk var nær. Det var veldig sentralt til kjøpesenter osv. Supert for oss med gangavstand til Botanisk hage. Hyggelig personale fra resepsjon til renholdspersonale."

"Die Lage des Hotels nahe dem Gänsemarkt ist sehr gut. Ich war im Rahmen des Hamburg Marathon im Hotel. Das Parkhaus am Hotel war gut und preislich hoch. Das Personal beim Check in war distanziert obwohl nicht gerade viel los war.Alles in allem ein gutes Hotel, das preislich aber auch durchaus hoch ist."

"Very nice stay for a couple of days. This hotel is on the higher end in comparison to other hotels in the area. However the amenities are great. The have a spa and a fitness center which I used a few times (very clean and up to date). The first floor is attached to a convention center so there is a lot of guests staying at hotel. There are also alot of restaurants attached to hotel. We tried the steak restaurant which was the best meal I had in Hamburg. Would definitely stay at hotel again."

A suite is fantastic with so much space, home from home soft lighting with little extra touches in what I would say is similar to a loft space in NY. Excellent breakfast choices as always for GF and lactose free. Well located to the shops, nice walk to the lake and restaurants Highly recommend and look forward to visiting again"

"We stayed for three nights and had a very spacious room with a huge king-sized bed. The staff were really helpful printing out tickets and booking a taxi for us. Good breakfasts. We loved the swap a room clean for a free drink concept! Location was great for walking around the city - about 15 minutes for most places of interest."

"The front desk person wasn’t super friendly and we were supposed to get a bottle of wine with our stay which we didn’t, but other than that it’s a great place to stay . The room was comfortable, good breakfast, and the washer/ dryer were sending us messages when the cycle was done :) good experience overall"
